More About Edward J. Bergman
Mr. Bergman teaches Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at the Wharton School of Business, Department of Legal Studies and Business Ethics, University of Pennsylvania. He is a recipient of the 2010-2011 William G. Whitney Award for Undergraduate Teaching.
Mr. Bergman also serves as Founding Faculty and Principal Mediator of the Penn Clinical Ethics Mediation Program at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. He currently teaches the graduate seminars 'Challenging Clinical Ethics: Mediation of Healthcare Disputes in a Clinical Context' and 'The Physician-Patient Relationship' as well as Intensive Clinical Mediation Workshops. Mr. Bergman has authored or co-authored numerous articles and books in the dispute resolution field and has lectured worldwide on related subjects.
Mr. Bergman received a degree in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania and later graduated from the Columbia University School of Law.
